Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 2 pets per home over the age of 6 months.
Non-refundable pet fee is $300 per pet.
Pet deposit is $300, due at move-in.
Monthly pet rent is $50 per pet.
Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and must be spayed or neutered.
Restricted breed list: German Shepherd, Rottweiler, American Bulldog, Husky/Malamute, Doberman, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, St. Bernard, PitBull/Staffordshire Terrier, Great Dane, Karelian Bear Dog and Akita.
Hybrid or mixed breeds of one of the aforementioned breeds are also restricted.
Other restrictions include but are not limited to: Tarantulas, Piranhas, Reptiles, Ferrets, Rabbits, and Birds.
